You will need at least 5lb weights (heavier if you want challenge yourself on different workouts), bootie band (if you don't have one I sell a set on my site), jump rope, big rubber resistance band (colors red, black and green) rubber resistance ankle bands and kettle bells and ankle weights are a bonus. A positive attitude and drive.
To hold you accountable you must send your images every SUNDAY FASTED by 10a (NO EXCEPTIONS).It will be challenging but you can do it!
The question is how bad do you want it.....

This program can be done all online if you do not live close (PRICE REMAINS THE SAME)
5 WORKOUTS FILMED 5 DAYS A WEEK M-F
THIS PROGRAM CAN BE DONE 3 DAYS A WEEK IN PERSON AND 2 VIDEOS WILL BE PROVIDED ONLINE (equals 5 days a week)
