If you cant make the lives all lives are recorded and kept up for 5 days


You will need at least 5 lb weights (heavier if you want challenge yourself on different workouts), bootie band (if you don't have one I sell a set on my site), rubber ankle bands and kettle bells are a bonus. A positive attitude and drive.


You will also receive a meal plan and I track your progress every two weeks.
